In January 2011, Marsha applied to volunteer in a Good News Club. We had met in 2005 when her grandson and my son played water polo together. We enjoyed many swimming and water polo events over the years. She and Darryl loved the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship and Marsha joined the governing committee in 2011. Over the next 11 years, she was always helping! Hosting staff Christmas parties in their home, creating beautiful centerpieces for every banquet, planning / preparing food for our office open house and the first to donate for special events like Bibles for the children. When Darryl passed away in 2018, she wanted to do a golf tournament to honor him and benefit the ministry. We launched the first one in 2019 and this month is the 4th Annual Darryl Rogers Golf Tournament. Marsha was welcomed into heaven on September 25, 2022. What a wonderful friend she has been to us over the years. Well done, good and faithful servant! We will miss you and look forward to our heavenly reunion.
