Celebration!

Well Done!

It has been a delight to have Arianna Knee, Field Missionary, this summer! When she returned in May, she took on more responsibilities. She has worked diligently recruiting youth and leading teams for ministry, screening new applicants and scheduling them for training and so much more. Unfortunately it is time for her to return to college out of state to complete her Master’s Degree. But praise God, she is committed to work with us remotely! She will help us prepare for the upcoming Good News Club ministry this fall. Arianna is a great addition to our staff!

It is a great praise to our Lord for raising up the next generation of laborers for the Gospel in these uncertain times. The Lord has made it clear that children are important to Him and He has burdened our hearts to reach children for Christ. What a joyous season of a FRUITFUL summer! We are grateful to the Lord for the privilege of growing His Kingdom, one child at a time.

Birthday Celebration!

What a joy to celebrate Arianna Knee’s birthday! Because her birthday is in August and she is returning to college in a different state, we didn’t want to miss celebrating her. It is our tradition to celebrate every staff member’s birthday when we can.

It is a great honor to serve with Arianna. She is the MOST kind and gracious person I have ever known. She loves Jesus and desires to make Him known to the children and everyone she meets. Her love for the Lord is demonstrated in her character and the way she relates with others. Arianna, have a great year of ABUNDANT blessings of the Most High God!

Though our focus is sharing the Gospel with children, more often we get to share with the entire family and sometimes we lead adults to the Lord too! Our volunteers are not only equipped to share the good news with children, but with adults as well. This is a great opportunity we don’t usually get when we conduct after-school Good News Clubs. I am glad that we are all part of God’s REDEMPTION plan! Thank you, Brian for your faithfulness!

Aaron Keller, Field Missionary and Trainer, at Tupman Park. ! He is holding the cross asking children what it is and means. Most children do not know what a cross is and they refer to it as a “t”! How sad is that? He looks children in the eye and makes them feel comfortable so they can focus.

He has not only led many teams this summer, but has also been at the frontline teaching and leading children to Christ. What a blessing to serve our Lord Jesus with you, Aaron!

Discipleship

Arianna met Emery at an outreach last summer and because we had a weekly event at a particular location she continues to come. Emery looks forward to coming to the the outreach every Wednesday and when she can’t make it, she makes sure her aunt sends a message to Arianna.

Arianna assigns her a Bible verse every week and asks her to memorize it. Every time she is excited to share! Through this connection they have built a rapport which gave Arianna an opportunity to encourage her. What a great witness!

Praise God with us for:

1. The fruitful summer and all the locations we have been able to share the Gospel.
2. For the children who have placed their trust in Jesus.
3. Our dedicated volunteers and their faithfulness to spread the good news.
4. Our faithful donors and prayer partners. Without their support we would not be able to meet the demands of the ministry. We are grateful for each one of you!

Pray with us for:

1. Swift approval of schools being requested for this fall as volunteers renew their commitment to return to ministry.
2. Replacement volunteers for all who may not be able to return as well as new volunteers.
3. Arianna as she returns to college to balance work and school.
4. Sponsors for The Good News Club Darryl Rogers Golf Tournament.
