This summer teens that were trained through Christian Youth In ActionTM have been leading backyard Ice Cream Party Clubs. They are using this favorite, cold treat to share about the sweetness of the Gospel. In the first three outreaches, 43 kids heard about Jesus. Please pray for the additional Ice Cream Party Clubs that will happen in August.
One Ice Cream Party Club took place at a church in Rancho Tehama, a community that was shaken to its core by a mass shooting back in 2018. Parents have been fearful to gather in large groups or to drop off their kids at an event ever since. By God’s grace 26 kids came out for the Ice Cream Party! They learned about the sweet love of Jesus, and His work for their sin on the cross. They also enjoyed playing games and sharing a meal (and of course ice cream) together, too.
