Rejoice With Us!

After six months of praying the doors opened for a Good News Club to begin at Chapman Elementary School in Chico! Our request to start a club at Chapman was originally denied in September, and with the denial came a closed door to start clubs at the other schools in Chico Unified School District. However, after doing some research we learned that the district was allowing a comparable nonprofit organization to meet on campuses. With the help of Liberty Counsel, we were able to start the Good News Club on March 22nd. Praise the Lord for equal access laws!

Please continue to pray for this Good News Club team as they invite kids to participate. Please pray for many kids to come and hear about the hope that is found only in Jesus.

“It’s Because God Loves Me!”

A new Good News Club began at Redding STEM Academy in March. On the day after the first club, a teacher approached one of the volunteers to talk about one of her students who had attended the Good News Club. This student happened to be one of her more difficult students, but had his best morning yet that day. The reason why? He said it was because God loves him!

6 Days Left to RSVP!

Since September 1 CEF Northern Counties has reached 683 children with the Good News of Jesus! We are now moving into our summer ministry season filled with party clubs, 5 Day Clubs, and fair ministry. We hope to reach hundreds of more kids by the end of summer.

Come join us on April 21 to celebrate this mighty work of God in the lives of children. You’ll hear incredible testimonies of lives changed through the Good News Clubs, enjoy a catered dinner, and have great fellowship. There will also be an invitation given to get involved with the ministry, as the Lord leads. Seats are going fast! Don’t miss out!

A Life-Changing Opportunity for Teens

Christian Youth In Action is a missionary training camp that has changed the lives of teens for decades. It is an opportunity for them to draw near to God while learning practical, hands-on evangelism tools. They then go out in teams and lead fun party clubs during the summer months.

One CEF NorCal chapter studied the demographics of previous CYIA students who had reached adulthood. 90% of them were walking closely with the Lord and serving in their local church. This is an incredible statistic! You can register your teen at the button below today.

In March, the directors enjoyed a weekend away near Yosemite. Here are the directors that are leading ministry across Northern California. It’s a blessing to serve with such a dynamic, innovative, and fun team!
