Over 500 children are registered in the after-school Good News Club throughout the Valley.  Your participation as a donor and golfer helps us reach more children, ensure everyone of them has a Bible and that they hear how much Jesus loves them and what He did for them.  Thank You!

If you can’t join us, make a donation of $100 for 4 tickets for the drawing.  That qualifies you for a FREE 5th ticket for the Gray Rock Shaver Lake Cabin!  Only the 5th ticket goes into that drawing.  The odds of winning increase dramatically!

7-8 am

• Check in and Cart Assignment
• Range Balls available
• Putting Contest
• Coffee / Pastry at Clubhouse
• Purchase Roger’s Pass $50 (covers all contests and a Mulligan) or purchase just a Mulligan $10
• Drawing Tickets $25 each, buy 4 and get a 5th ticket for free for an exclusive drawing for a weekend stay at Gray Rock Cabin in Shaver Lake.
• The other 4 tickets will be entered for the restaurant / retail gift card drawing

9 am

• Shotgun start, scramble tournament
• Use your Roger’s Pass to play in all contests
• Burger / Hot Dog Station on the course for lunch
• Beverage Carts will be provided by Eagle Springs

11 am

• Last call to purchase Drawing tickets!
• Drawing will occur during play

Conclusion

• Drawing prizes will be labeled with winners names to pick up as you head to the parking lot.
• Contest Winners will be determined after everyone has completed the course. Winners will be notified and prizes mailed.

Enjoy the Sierra National Forest and all it has to offer while staying in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s, wrap-around deck with gorgeous mountain views. Get outdoors and spend your day on Shaver Lake, hiking the nearby trails, fishing, or shredding the slopes at China Peak. It’s a perfect getaway for family and friends to have fun adventures together or cozy up and relax. Cabin sleeps 8 guests in two Cal King beds, two twin beds and a queen-size pull-out couch.

This amazing couple traveled the USA, making an impact every where they went as a Christian couple and parents. As a  football Coach, Darryl inspired, instructed and mentored many men in college and the NFL. 

This ministry was important to both of them because they knew the power of God and His Word.  Marsha started this tournament to honor Darryl in 2019 and to benefit the ministry.  We are grateful for her tireless effort and support through the years as a volunteer, committee member, donor and prayer warrior.  

Good News Club

This is an optional, extra-curricular after-school activity taught by screened and trained Christian volunteers.  They know that a child can be regenerated by the Holy Spirit when they place their trust in Jesus as their Savior.
