Prayerful Consideration

Too many children have no idea who Jesus is and that’s why outreach events are so important! We must reach them while we can and it’s the best opportunity to share with parents as well.

This brother and sister had never heard of prayer. They did not know you can talk to God any time, any where. They also learned what sin is and how it separates us from God.

These cute sisters learned the real meaning of Christmas for the very first time. They thought the baby picture of Jesus was Santa Claus. They had no prior knowledge at all.

Prayerful Consideration

Its that time of year when many Christian and secular nonprofits seek support from #Giving Tuesday, which is tomorrow. As you prayerfully consider which organization you will sponsor, please remember CEF NorCal, Central Valley South.

We never presume when a donor will give, but ask the Lord to supply our every need for financial support through those He prompts through the Holy Spirit. One of my favorite Bible teachers challenged me once about priorities. It changed me forever with discernment and I hope you find it valuable too.

Anyone can support worthy causes throughout a community with their time and money. But, only a Christian can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As you consider where to invest your #Giving Tuesday contribution I am asking you to donate to our local CEF Chapter. Your gift enables us to train and equip Christian volunteers to lead children to Christ, expand the number of schools we plant ministry and secure the Bibles and curriculum support necessary for each school. It also funds events like the one highlighted above where children can be reached at a community event. Ultimately, it is the only thing that will matter for eternity. We are truly grateful for your past support and pray that you will support us now with an extra gift. Thank you!

Praise God for:

• Sending Jesus, His only Son, as a baby to live a sinless life and to willingly take our place on the cross. Praise be to Jesus, the Savior of the world!
• The opportunities to reach children throughout our community and Central Valley so more children will learn about Jesus.

• Final approval at a few more schools for an After-school Christmas Party Club so more children can be reached at school.
• Many of our readers to make a #Giving Tuesday donation to the ministry, above and beyond their normal giving level. For those who do not give monthly, may they be moved to give a gift significant to them.
