Christian Youth in Action training concluded on June 21, with 38 youth participating from 3 CEF chapters. Seven signed up from the East Bay and six completed the full program! Thank you for sponsoring the kids and praying for the program!

During the month of July, the team will have the opportunity to lead six 5-Day Clubs in the local community. Please help us pray for them! 

CYIA Testimony: Hello, my name is Isaac, and I was blessed with the amazing opportunity of being able to take the CYIA training this summer. Thanks to that opportunity I have been able to learn how to teach the Gospel to children in an easy yet effective way. Not only did I learn how to share God’s love with children, but I also managed to meet other people with my faith who are around my age; everyone was very welcoming and supportive, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience, helping me strengthen my faith as a Christian and follow what the Lord has told us as Christians to do: Matthew 28:19 “To go to the corners of the earth and speak of My (Jesus’) name…” I plan to put my training in action so I can go tell the children and the world about Jesus Christ our Lord. Thank you.

It was a beautiful sunny day, and we were placed in the children’s center of the park. Nine volunteers participated during the 6 hours we had to share the love of Jesus in the Richmond Community.

113 children heard the Gospel that day, and 24 believed in Jesus for the first time. All praise to God for the opportunity to minister to so many and impact their eternity! 

Volunteer Testimony: I was praying with a 14-year-old girl who was very receptive. I felt the Holy Spirit prompting as she believed in Jesus for her salvation. Holy Spirit, thank You for working in this young lady. Holy Spirit, please continue to work in her life and in each person who received Jesus as Savior. All of the honor, glory and praise go to You, Lord. You were clearly working yesterday and will continue to work tomorrow and forevermore. Thank You. – Kathi
