Glimpses From Good News Club

I thank God that He has given me grace to be able to go on in life and bless many other children through teaching Good News Club for many years. Today was extra exciting for me in that after not being able to teach Good News Club for two years, I was able to play my banjo-uke and sing songs with the kids at  Good News Club.  I could tell the kids loved it, but it felt like a special gift to me.  Janice Hamp

We did a wordless book club at our El Dorado County School. After club the First Grade teacher came to pick up her daughter and told us how much her daughter enjoys club and sings songs all the time in car. As we were leaving, I noticed the Katie talking to playmates and her mom talking with other moms. I commented on how nice her wordless bracelet looked. Her friend wanted one, we gave a bracelet to her friend on the on the condition that Katie had to tell her what the colors meant. It was exciting to see this young Pre-K girl share the gospel with her friend. Carl Geil
